The secret to our success – your very own Go 2 Girl for recurring service. We believe having the same cleaner each time provides a higher level of quality and consistency. She can learn your home and your unique needs. (If your Go 2 Girl is sick or on vacation – no need to worry – we will send another trained and trusted employee in her place to ensure there is no interruption in your service).

We love friendly pets. If your pet is nervous around strangers, please have them in a secure location for our employee’s safety and their comfort. Please notify us if you have pets so we may note your work order.
Pricing & Policies
We provide an estimated range based on the scope of work, square footage and condition of your home. The final cost will be determined once we finish your cleaning. After your first recurring cleaning, the price is set and will be the same cost each visit.
After your first cleaning, we will reach out the following business day to ensure all is to your satisfaction. We will then charge the credit card on file. For recurring service, the card on file will be charged the following business day.
We prefer and accept all major credit cards. We not longer accept checks as a form of payment.
Our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed for the areas we clean in your home. If we fall short in meeting your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
We do not offer refunds or discounts on cleanings. Our commitment is to do the job right the first time. No one sees your home the way you do. If for some reason you see something we missed, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
We are proud to offer a discount to our Veterans, Teachers, and First Responders. We also provide a discount to clients in our community undergoing cancer treatment. Occasionally, we send out email specials for discounted cleanings. These can apply to new clients or existing clients. Each offer is different and terms and conditions may apply.
Yes! Our best referrals are from our best clients. You will receive $25 off your next service when you refer a friend who books a service with us. It is the greatest compliment we can receive. Make sure they tell us you referred them!!
If we are not able to gain entry into your home on the day of service or you turn away service at the door, you will be charged the full price of the cleaning.
During the summer, warmer temperatures heat up most homes. For the safety of our employees, we request that you set the temperature in your home to 75 degrees or cooler the day of your cleaning. If you would like our employees to adjust the temperature or turn it off before leaving, please leave a note on the kitchen counter.
Trust & Safety
Yes! We are fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance, worker’s compensation insurance and fully bonded. We take the security of your home seriously and do everything we can to make sure you are protected.
Yes! All of our cleaners and office staff are employees of Go 2 Girls and not subcontractors. All employees are thoroughly screened and background checked prior to employment.
Yes! All of your billing information, including credit card information is kept safe and secure. Your card information is entered directly into our encrypted processor and once saved, we can only see the last four digits and expiration date.
Go 2 Girls has invested time and money in the hiring, training and development of our employees. By using our services you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced by us. If you hire and knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of Go 2 Girls, a $2,500 referral fee will be due immediately upon employment, regardless of employment terms.
We are glad to help our community. Go 2 Girls offers discounts to our Veterans, Teachers, First responders, and cancer treatment patients. Occasionally, we send out special offers to our current and possible clients.
We make every effort to send the same cleaner each and every time for recurring service. If your Go 2 Girl is sick or on vacation, we will send another professionally trained, fully insured/bonded employee in her place to ensure there is no interruption in service. We do not skip or cancel appointments if your designated cleaner is off work.
In order to provide the highest quality cleaning and keep your cleaning cost reasonable, we ask that you provide a clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, and minimizing items on the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. If you do not have time to declutter, please let us know and we will be happy to allow extra time and upgrade your service to allow for pickup and decluttering.
Not to worry, just tell us how to gain entry into your home. Most of our clients are not home when we clean and leave a key under the mat, in a lockbox, or provide a code to the garage or front door. We will also be happy to turn off your alarm and turn it back on when leaving. Our Girls are very trustworthy and will be sure to secure your home upon our departure.
We kindly ask for at least 48 business hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to avoid our cancellation fee. Our office is closed Saturday and Sunday and do not count as business hours. As much notice as possible is greatly appreciated as we hold this appointment just for you. Recurring clients will be assessed a $50 late cancel/reschedule fee and first time cleans (general, deep, move-in/out) will be assessed 50% of the quote estimate. The fee is assessed and goes to our employee to ensure she receives the income she needs to support her family.
Go 2 Girls always considers the safety of our employees during inclement weather. There may be times we need to delay or reschedule your cleaning. Should this happen we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note that we do not cancel cleanings due to school closings. We understand your children may be home. Most of our cleaners are Mom’s and we promise we will gladly clean around them with a smile.
If your scheduled service falls on a holiday observed by Go 2 Girls, we will contact your at least 2 weeks in advance to let you know and do our best to reschedule your appointment on a date that will work for your schedule.

Our cleaners are extremely careful with your belongings. We clean 100’s of items each time we are in your home. If we have an accident, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please notify us if something in your home should not be cleaned or move expensive figurines, art, glassware and sentimental items to a safe location when we are cleaning. We do our best to find the replacement item if broken. If we are unable to find a replacement, we will pay up to $100 per breakage when the value is verified.
Yes! We bring everything we need to make your home sparkle and shine. If you have a special product you would like for us to use, please don’t hesitate to let us know. For first time cleans, we do ask that you provide us with a 2 step ladder to get those hard to reach areas if you have one handy.
Go 2 Girls always does our best to meet your needs. Please let us know your request and we will be happy to help if it is in our scope of work. Please note that extras and upgrades my require additional time; therefore, an additional charge.
Is there anything you don’t do?
- We do our best to meet the needs of our clients; however, there are some things we don’t do.
- Clean bio-hazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids)
- Remove high levels of trash/debris
- Clean up pet waste
- Clean cat litter box (included excess litter on the floor)
- Use our vacuum on pet soiled carpet (please provide your vacuum if you would like carpets/rugs vacuumed)
- Clean insects/rodents/rodent droppings
- Clean hard to reach or high areas
- Clean windows (we will spot clean specific windows upon request)
- Clean inside of cabinets or drawers (except move in/out cleanings)
- Clean fully stocked refrigerators/freezers (we will be happy to clean if emptied)
- Guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning
- Wash/load/put away dishes (unless requested as an upgrade prior to the cleaning)
- Empty diaper genies/diaper pails
- Wipe light bulbs and glass fixtures
- Clean some chandeliers
- Use homemade cleaning products
- Move furniture to clean or any item over 15 pounds
- Step higher than a 2 step ladder
- Clean/sweep garages (unless requested as an upgrade for move-in/out service prior to the cleaning)
- Remove our shoes when cleaning your home (if you prefer booties to be worn, please notify us upon booking your cleaning)
- Clean walls (unless requested as an upgrade prior to the cleaning and you release us from any liability related to paint damage)
